Our History Founded as the Global Inclusion Conference, Global Impact began as a needed forum to advance inclusive practices and policies that expand access to global education and strengthen its academic and career benefits for traditionally underrepresented students. As Diversity Abroad evolved into DA Global Access Network, the conference rebranded to Global Impact and broadened its scope as a collaborative, innovation-oriented forum where institutions, student leaders, employers, and policy stakeholders align global engagement with student success, career readiness, and institutional impact for all learners. In 2026, Global Impact marks fourteen years and expands across the MENA region and North America. The name has changed, but the experience remains the same: Global Impact is one of the most collaborative forums for global experiential learning and student success.
